With over 22 years of experience in the golf tourism industry, David combines his extensive knowledge of Scotland’s best golf destinations with a commitment to exceptional customer service. When he’s not orchestrating golf & sightseeing trips, David enjoys disappearing to Harris on the Western Isles of Scotland with his wife Julie.

Meet David Harris, the visionary force behind Bonnie Wee Golf. As the Founder and Company Director, David has transformed his passion for golf into a thriving business, dedicated to providing unforgettable golfing experiences.

David’s love affair with golf began at a young age, growing up playing and caddying at Royal Aberdeen.  His deep-rooted connection to the game and Scotland’s golfing heritage inspired him to create Bonnie Wee Golf, where he could share his enthusiasm with fellow golf fans from around the globe.

With over 22 years of experience in the golf tourism industry, David combines his extensive knowledge of Scotland’s best golf destinations with a commitment to exceptional customer service. His hands-on approach ensures that every Bonnie Wee Golf tour is meticulously crafted, offering clients a seamless blend of challenging play and breathtaking scenery.

When he’s not orchestrating golf & sightseeing trips, David enjoys disappearing to Harris on the Western Isles of Scotland with his wife Julie. 

His favourite course? It’s a tie between Royal Aberdeen & Cruden Bay – but he’ll leave that debate up to you!

Karen Simpson is our fabulous accountant with a knack for keeping finances in check. When she’s not crunching numbers, you’ll find her belting out tunes with her community choir, diving into a good book (not always the book club pick), or serving as a treasurer for a local food charity. She first tried golf at a work outing but lost count of her score – not that it stopped her!

Fun fact about Karen: the proud mum of two, Karen can deadlift 100kg, the equivalent of two powakaddy’s 💪🏼

Adding to the family business, Julie is the wife of David Harris, the owner of Bonnie Wee Golf. Her commitment to the company’s success and her passion for golf tourism make her an invaluable member of the team.

Cam’s journey in the golf industry has been seasoned with experience, including a stint at Trump International along with his passion for playing golf. During his time there, he honed his skills and gained invaluable insights into delivering unparalleled service and creating memorable golfing experiences.

When he’s not organising the perfect golf tour, you can catch Cam on the fairways of Deeside, where his competitive spirit comes out! He often engages in spirited rivalries, especially with his Bonnie Wee colleague Kevin.

Off the course Cam is often found enjoying some nice beer or a wee tequila with his girlfriend Lois, he’s a big Newcastle fan ⚽️ and he dotes on his rescue dog, Edgar 🐕

Stewart Morrison

Managing Director

Stewart Morrison the dynamic Managing Director of Bonnie Wee Golf and cousin to Founder David Harris, is the heartbeat behind the seamless execution of our Bonnie Wee tours.

Stewart’s love affair with golf began during childhood summers spent with David on the golf courses on the Isle of Arran on Scotland’s west coast and other legendary Scottish courses. This shared passion eventually led him to join Bonnie Wee Golf. With a background in hospitality, Stewart brings over 15 years of expertise to Bonnie Wee Golf, guaranteeing each client enjoys a smooth and memorable golfing journey. Stewart will mark his 10 year anniversary with Bonnie Wee later this summer (2024).

When Stewart isn’t crafting golf tours, paying the company bills or keeping the team organised, he thrives on the fast-paced action of squash. You can often find him at the local squash club – on the court or in the bar!

Fun facts about Stew: He’s completed an Ironman triathlon and is a sucker for True Crime tv shows and podcasts.

Never one to sit still, when she’s not planning golf trips, Rachel is trying to become a better runner and is an enthusiastic beginner golfer. Her dedication to the sport paid off last year when she celebrated her first birdie at the iconic Royal Dornoch.
